Sauvé de la noyade par un automobiliste
Près de Luçon, une voiture s'est retournée dans un étier. Deux passagers sont sortis seuls. Le conducteur, coincé, a été secouru.
Dimanche, aux environs de 8 h 30, entre Traize et Luçon, dans le Sud-Vendée, une voiture à bord de laquelle se trouvaient trois jeunes gens est tombée dans un étier, un grand fossé rempli d'eau en bord de route. Un garçon et une fille de 17 ans ont pu en sortir. Mais le conducteur, un jeune homme de 19 ans, est resté coincé. Il a eu la vie sauve grâce à l'intervention d'un habitant de L'Aiguillon-sur-Mer.
Yann Aujard, 40 ans, marin professionnel et ancien sapeur-pompier, raconte : « Je regardais la vapeur dégagée par les chevaux dans le marais. Tout d'un coup, mon attention a été attirée par celle qui s'échappait aussi d'un étier, au bord de la route. Une voiture venait de se retourner dans le fossé rempli d'eau. Deux jeunes en sont sortis. Ils m'ont dit que le conducteur était toujours à bord. Comme le véhicule était sur le toit, il avait la tête dans l'eau jusqu'à la poitrine et était inconscient. Aidé par l'un des jeunes, on a essayé de le tirer de là, mais impossible d'enlever la ceinture de sécurité. Je suis remonté chercher un couteau, tout en appelant les secours. On a pu ensuite lui extraire la tête de l'eau. On a vu qu'il respirait. On l'a secoué et on lui a donné des claques. »
Yann Aujard a sorti l'automobiliste par l'une des portières arrière dont la vitre était ouverte. « Le conducteur d'un camping-car qui s'est arrêté entre-temps m'a aidé à le hisser sur le bas-côté de la route où on l'a allongé jusqu'à l'arrivée des secours. » Le jeune homme a été transporté à l'hôpital de Luçon.

DSl mais j'ai mis mon résumé de chapitre d'anglais spé ici pour pouvoir le transmettre à Ste Urs car ça ne fonctionne pas par mail !!
Chpater 18 – Hawk Lady and Hawk Man.
In this chapter, the principals characters who are present are Sade, Femi, Mr. Nathan and Mama Appiah. They are all going to the Immigration and Nationality Departement by taking the subway. When they arrive in front of the building, they are astonished by the queue of people there is and they'll quickly understand that it is worse inside.With seeing all the uniformed people, Sade and Femi began to be frightened and were afraid about what they were going to do to them. Here we can add that we really realize Mr. Nathan and Mama Appiah's roles of protectors and chaperons. As a young adult girl, when the Hawk man and woman asked them for their fingerprints, Sade didn't really react but that was not the case for Femi. For him he was suspected to be criminal and he didn't understand why they should take their fingerprints like in some movies explained Mama Appiah to the Hawk man. After her turn, Sade was walking around in the room where a lot of people, from every countries you can imagine, were sitting. They were all differents, black, white, yellow... But in this crowded place, someone caught her attention more than the others. It was a black woman with her baby and she was asking herself (Sade), without seeing the father next to the woman, if she was father less, just like her... After a while, they returned into the subway and on the walk, Mr. Nathan told to Sade and Femi that now, they could legally go to school in England, even if it's not really what they were waiting for !
